We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own home. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we correct it the same day.
I track the schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's what we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
We pump the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you call to have it removed.
Two to three weeks is ideal during spring and summer. Book earlier for holiday weekends.
